Body Ingredients – 50g smoked salmon, 100g light cream cheese, 100ml skimmed milk, 50g spaghetti, 30g spinach, salt pepper 1. Warm milk in saucepan and add cream cheese, mix until smooth 2. Cook spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes 3. Add salt, pepper, smoked salmon, and shredded spinach to cheese sauce 4. Add cooked spaghetti and splash of starchy pasta water, mix until pasta is coated 5. Serve with salt and pepper on top
